A lot of people on here talk about using KuCoin but how are people in the US managing to buy and trade on it?

I hear a lot of ppl say they like using KuCoin bc doesn’t require KYC, but wen I signed up KYC pops up as a needed step so I’m confused? Did I understand them incorrectly or do most ppl just setup basic account and transfer USDT in from outside wallets?
When it comes to actually buying anything the site has KYC and won’t allow a US citizen to fully register
I can’t use it in the USA and I have $23 stuck in there from mining sucks!!!
Im in the US, and i have used it before. of course someone transfered usdt to it, that i eventually traded for bitcoin and then sent out to coinbase. only thing i dont like about it is its not very user friendly.
I use it all the time and am in the US. No need for KYC (register with email). Unverified accounts are just limited to 5 BTC/day withdrawal which has never been an issue for me.

I haven’t given them any information other than my email address.
I just double checked right now to make sure I wasn’t mistaken but yup.
