This was likely to effect the XRP case.
Are they coming for us all now? If it’s a security can it still exist? Not being in the US I don’t really know the significance, but I’m sure it’s bad. If XRP fall as well it’s just going to gather momentum until everything is regulated into oblivion. Or maybe I’m just being overly dramtic…
Overly dramatic for sure, it just means there will be more regulatory focus moving forward. Nov 21st is the date they will determine what to do moving forward
