I have been mining for about a month now with no problems. but the last 2 days my miner has not been preforming as it normally does. The hashrate is low and the miner keeps restarting. its not overheating, but when I look at the miners log it is telling me that it is restarting because it is getting no hashrate in 5 minutes. What can I do to fix this?
Try making sure the pool is correct or try a different pool. Sounds crazy but that cured it for me. Change pool and make sure that the port it uses isn’t blocked on the router. After that try a factory reset. Then after that (if you feel comfortable) remove the hashboarss and make sure all the heat sinks are attached and all cables attached. Good luck
