Mini Doge miner not hashing

I bought the mini doge miner a few weeks ago and got it connected to the DXpool app and working for iOS. Then DXpool went down a few days later for almost a week… when the app came back online it synced back up with my Nervos minor and KDA miner (which are all mini ASICs as well) but it seems like the mini-doge went off-line. I’ve tried doing a factory reset and when I go to the Goldshell website it finds the miner’s IP but when I hit settings it says “miner pool is not ready yet” and “make sure the miner is fully constructed and connected to a router” under mining status, just above hashrate chart—which is blank. Anyone have any recommendations that can help me get this miner working again? I’ve already spent hours trying to figure this out and I’m starting to wonder if the device is broken.

Not yet.

I think you need to setup a pool after factory reset have you tried to change mining pool to see if this can solve your problem ? Try to avoid using build in pool button and copy paste stratum instead.
DX pool moved to .net for a while (there was no need to wait week for it to come back if you changed stratum to .net you could have it running within next day or two) I think you can now use also .com again in stratum address but try to swap to .net first or check if you have correct ports I am not sure what it gives you as a default setting using DXpool button in miner setting.
Stratum URL: stratum+tcp://ltc.ss.dxpool.com:3333
Stratum URL: stratum+tcp://ltc.ss.dxpool.com:3334
Stratum URL: stratum+tcp://ltc.ss.dxpool.net:3333
Stratum URL: stratum+tcp://ltc.ss.dxpool.net:3334

or just try different pool like
https://www.litecoinpool.org - they pay in LTC only no doge.
https://www.poolin.me
F2Pool etc.
