Mntd goldspot helium miner

I have had a mndt goldspot for about a month and a half and I am getting sick and tired of all of these helium issues. Turns out I’m not in a great location, and I had to put a lot of effort into my install with antenna, ect… Does anybody think there is a market for used goldspots? I’m considering putting it on ebay

Vosk really made it sound like all you had to do is plug the thing in. Very misleading…

Market will probably be there. Selling used is harder then unopened. It has to have been connected to the network recently to transfer ownership…which can be tricky if you are shipping it. Local sell may be easier.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. I have two Blackspots, one installed, one still in the box. I’m also in a bad area. The one that’s installed has made a grand total of 0.114 HNT over the past 3 weeks.

I will be happy to carry your burden. Let me know if you want to sell

Every post I’ve done on the subject of Helium mining has urged people to check the helium website, open the map, and see what miners around you are making. I learned to do this from Vosk’s videos on the Bobcat. If you didn’t do this and are in a bad spot then resell or wait and hope it improves if other miners around you come online.

Also there were a lot of people gaming the Helium network and the developers have solved most of that thank goodness. Hacking the geo location of the miner no longer works. Nor does faking the antenna height.

So miners are making a little more reasonable amount. Those $20+ dollar a day sites are no longer commonplace.
