Past order stay in the system as cancelled , I have a couple of cancelled orders, because I was checking the total price when putting a few items together and then didn’t complete the order . Don’t mind that one , the processing order is the one, for me it took 5-7 days for the order to show as completed.
I’ve been doing some research on those as well, I think it’s because they oversold and didn’t realize they were out of stock when you put your order in.
Gone are the days of being able to order 5 to 10 boxes and a couple of CK/KD5s. Now orders must include a code sent to the registered email address and included when purchasing; otherwise, the order will be cancelled. I also read in a previous email from Goldshell that attempts to purchase the same item again will be cancelled, but haven’t seen any mention of it lately. If your order was cancelled, you can expect to receive your funds back.
