One of my SHA miners is a 98th KOI from BT-Miners. I had not a penny over 7k to spend so I ordered a 92 th unit, and it had to be a credit card/PayPal order so I tried Koiminer.shop.
So far their communication is really good, still waiting for it as I ordered it 04/01 and got 3 emails from them on the order status.

You’re fine. Even though they are my competition, they do deliver!! Units are running about 16-19 days from order to your door from China at the moment. That’s business days. You’ll have in a couple weeks is my guess. Congrats!!

Looks like the financial institutions are increasing the squeeze on miner suppliers…
Their PayPal is frozen. Will need to get my money back from PayPal and try again…

Due to the fact that your payment went through PayPal and we have already shipped out the parcel , we would like to advise you on how to process next
We have two option :
First option , cancel you order and you need to ask for refund through your PayPal account , since the account is frozen we can issue refund from our side , once refund is issued we will cancel shipping as soon as we get a confirmation from you
Second option , cancel your order through paypal , we issue a refund , and use a different payment method not involving paypal , if you insist on using credit card payment , you can process that through one of our dealer though Newegg US , ( we will provide you with a discount code ) since the price on Newegg would be different
If you choose this option we will continue with shipping procedure once we get a confirmation from your side

A little confused. You said you bought from bt-miners but the email indicates koiminer.shop?
My 98 TH unit came from BT. I liked it so with lower funds I bought the 92 TH from Koiminer.shop.

They are shipping my miner, their response. Pretty solid by me since problems happen to everyone. They communicate pretty quickly.
I’ve had a seller contact me regarding a similar purchase. Once I received the order, I logged into PayPal and had the option to let them know I received the item in good condition. The funds were released almost immediately afterwards. I would wait until you receive the miner and then contact PayPal. 6 months is insane unless they have a history of fraud or something.
