Opinion on Used Bitmain S15 as first ASIC Miner?

I know this is an older asic but I am considering a used S15 to complement my gpu rig. At 28 ths this seems like a good way to get my feet wet for less than $500.

But could use the advice of those with much more experience.

no way, its old hardware thats not even profitable. if you had free electricity and you would pay 100 for it maybe. it would make way more sense to buy one of the goldshell box miners, for 1000 you can get a kd box pro. and it makes actual profit (not much considering everything is down), and it uses way less power, and way less noise. https://www.goldshell.com/shop/

also you can get one of these, sometimes a little harder to sell the coin, but still more profitable for less money and less power, and less noise. iPollo G1 Mini Grin Coin Miner 1.2G/s with PSU and Cord
