Port forwading doesn't work

Hello,

My Nebra is relayed, so I wanted to do port forwarding to fix this. I’ve done everything as in YouTube tutorials, but when I checked it on the port forwarding tester, it turned out it is still closed. I’ve restarted both router and hotspot and done the whole process several times. I’ve also turned off UPnP, but nothing changed. I would appreciate if you could help me.

hey did you happen to find a solution I am stuck with the same router and the same problem! Huawei b818-263

It is completely possible that your ISP is blocking the ports you are working with. OR that your “public” ip address isn’t actually a public IP address.

Who do you both have for internet access?
