Price of miners

so I’ve been looking into asic miners and the prices are crazy high compared to what they mine. most are at over two year full roi time is there a reason prices haven’t move even tho profits are super down ?

R&D, and companies need to make their investment back on hardware/products.
No matter what the market does hi/lo it still costs a certain amount of materials and man power to make something. As with any company, you don’t see mark down prices on products just because the market fluctuates a couple months. Would you spend $500,000 to build a product, release it and then the market goes down and give everyone a major discount. That’s a business fail model.

Markets respond most to simple supply and demand. So even though the time to get your ROI has risen, and in some cases dramatically, the demand had not changed yet.

Once demand changes prices will change.

There was a little bit of panic selling on both the asic and gpu side but this seems to have already passed.

And don’t get me wrong I would love to see the prices drop. I just don’t see that happening yet. If the market stays down for extended periods of time then demand will wane and prices will drop. Just not today.

One last point of observation. Most markets seem to climb rapidly in price (like a rocket) and yet float down slowly (like a parachute)

Let the US government keep on with this executive order crap you may see a fire sale on miners. They will destroy crypto

prices drop with the market. or rise . like it is right now

LTC, HNS, CKB, and BTC are half what they were just 10 weeks ago. KDA is just 1/5th what it was. Miner prices haven’t dropped that much. Used L3+ prices are 10% less for example.

Thanks a good price, even when converting to CAD $ and shipping. I was thinking of getting 1 or 2. Do these come with stock or custom firmware?

I can’t even buy them for that price here.

What actual do you in stock to ship?

yeah most roi I’ve been seeing are over three years at current pricing

I agree that prices of miners has to drop as market goes down. However, it is so unpredictable sometimes that prices can double in a night.

I have bought several times from asicminershub.com and their prices are competitive for certain miners. They also do discounts from time to time.
Highly recommend them due to ability to purchase with PayPal or credit card and excellent customer service.

Dude, stop promoting you and buddy’s website. your prices aren’t good at all. First thing you post after you register is to shill your website? lol
