Problem finding ip on miner

Bought a used s9 to experiment with. Problems finding ip. Have logged onto router, downloaded 2 network scanners. Nope. I am open to advise.

Try resetting the s9 it might be on a static IP address.

Thanks for the offer, I got it going. Now I need to compare wallets and pools for different coins.
