just got my 2 new ck box miners from goldshell one is set up and running good but the other one I’m having problems with. the green light for the power is on and the green and yellow light is on for the ether net is also on, but the blue light on the top corner is not on. I was able to get it set up and running but after a while it went in active and I can’t access it from goldshell or advanced ip scanner. I tried to reset it to factory but did not work unplugged it and plugged it back in the fans went on for a second then back off but the blue light never went on, also the red light is not on ether. any help would be appreciated thanks
Sounds like you either have a firmware issue or you received a dud. I’ll d contact your supplier and see if they can replace it or get it fixed for you. Sorry about the bad news. But congrats on the other one anyways!
So far, for me it’s always been a firmware issue.
I contacted goldshell and they said try to flash the miner because I can’t get into the dashboard. But the sent me a file to flash it with that won’t open dose anybody know how to do this or where to get the file besides goldshell. has anybody else had to flash there miner?
I’ve (zero exp.) never flashed a board, a broad yes lmao…
