Do you know the IP for it? If so go to that address from another device. You will then need to setup your pool information, normally your coin wallet addresses, etc.
I think you can also use https://www.litecoinpool.org/ to āmerge mineā Litecoin/Dogecoin (Although they will just give you more LTC since they donāt give DOGE)
I will give more updates on how my Goldshell Mini Doge Tails Edition does on litecoinpool when I get mine, since I will also connect my 2 Antminer L7 to the same pool once I get them connected on Compass as well 
I canāt get it to work with litecoinpool.org
I can connect to viabtc.com, dxpool.com & f2pool.com

but you remove the first part āstratum+tcp://ā since the miner setup page puts that in for you and this is actually explained on the help page instructions so itās clear.
Then I enter my username and password for the worker and add the linkā¦
But it wonāt make it active & says inactive
I even tried IRC chat for litecoinpool.org but no one is there to help
The only difference I see is that the username and password in the miner setup for viabtc.com, dxpool.com & f2pool.com is the exact same one you use to log into those sites respectively.
But for litecoinpool.org, it says to use the worker name which is your username plus a suffex of your choosing, & a password of your choosing, which is not the same as your log in password unlike the other pools mentioned.
Does anyone have any idea why litecoinpool.org does not work or what Iām doing wrong?
Is that pool simply not supported by Goldshell?

Iāve seen people using F2Pool as well, but for some reason I canāt add my crypto wallet on itā¦
If you are still having issues, the one thing I did notice on my Mini Doge miner when connecting to litecoinpool is that it wonāt connect unless dxpool is added as the second pool listed (or third). I donāt know why it is doing that but I think it is a bug in their firmware.

I think in that case I will just stick to f2pool since I managed to fix the problem I was having adding my Ellipal Titan LTC/DOGE Wallet on it. or I can alternatively have litecoinpool as first, dxpool as second, and f2pool as third.
My first one arrived and is awesome, the size was a complete shock! Second one should arrive tomorrow.
I will post my stats tomorrow once it has had a full 24-hrs without me changing things. Ha

I got mine directly from Goldshell, I think itās the best way to order it. Currently they are sold out but just sing up for their email notification subscription, so that you get notified when they restock.
How many doges making per day?
I make about 0.004 LTC per day, and about 7 DOGE per day with the current mining difficulty on F2pool.

When I mine with F2Pool I earn 0.004 per day with one mini doge, which is $0.72 with Litecoin at $181/coin. Asicminervalue says this miner will earn ~$1.95 after my electric cost thoughā¦ so where did the $1.23 difference go?
On F2Pool did you also added your Dogecoin (DOGE) address? You will not get the ~7 DOGE F2Pool give out per day, in addition to the ~0.004 LTC with merge mining LTC/DOGE.
I wasnāt sure how much doge was paid out per day. I have added my Doge address so that will start coming in as well. Thank you for explaining that.
