I’m not an expert on this, but there have been a lot of problems with the helium network the last month or so. I have a goldspot also, and it was doing really well at one point. Then it started having syncing issues and didn’t earn anything for about a week or maybe more. I tried lots of different things to fix it but no luck. Eventually, it just started working again. I don’t think it was anything I had any control over.

update diagnostic says i have 100% peer to peer connections inbound and outbound. it also says that i am 100% connected to the blockchain. still not transmitting or synced on helium explorer
