After watching one of Vosk’s videos this week, i decided to order an S19 Pro 100. I used the link i saw in the video, did the KYC, paid USDT erc20 via Atomic wallet, then my order showed as ‘Expired’. I’ve tried contacting them by email and Telegram, but nothing from them yet.
Is it normal for Bitmain to be this laggy?

Resolved. After a few attempts, i finally got a response and an order status change.
In one of my emails, there was a ticket submittal link. That’s where I got a response.
The Telegram and other avenues on their website are obviously not reviewed.
