It’s been 5 days since my M1 last synced.
I can confirm from my Dashboard that it is indeed offline.
I tried to reset the device but I am not getting a blue light when for the bluetooth.

Definitely sounds like a device issue. How long have you owned your sensecap? Maybe try performing a factory reset?
