Single Fan vs Dual or Triple Fan Cards

So, going to be buying 12 1660’s in the next few weeks. I notice single fan GPU’s cost less than dual fan gpu’s. Since I’m new to this, um, recommendations?

In the realm of shopping for GPUs in general, I always considered Brand/Manufacturer first. The fans would be among the trivial aspects, in my opinion.

Evga being the best? Who else makes good stuff? MSI?

In no particular order, I usually try and get EVGA, MSI, ASUS, Sapphire.

This is not to say I wouldn’t buy a different manufacturer, as I do have a PNY in my gaming pc.

Look at the Heatsink. My experience is that smaller cards run 10-20 degrees C hotter. Even with 2 fan cards, the round circular heatsinks do not work well. You want a card with a full length heatsink. Also some brands have thicker/sturdier fins that don’t bend as easily as others. Performance is nearly identical with some models requiring a bit more power to get them up to speed. By brand:
ASUS - Dual no ROG STRIX YES
EVGA - SC ULTRA no XC ULTRA YES
MSI - TWIN FROZER YES

Did I mention WARRANTY … EVGA, MSI are great for WARRANTY
