Suggestions about mining rig

Hello everyone!

I’m fairly new to crypto mining, would you care to recommend me what I should invest in?
I’ve had my eyes on a 6 Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti setup but I don’t know if it’s worth investing in such a rig after the news with eth 2.0…
I have a total of 10.000$ gathered for this investment… the only problem is that my electricity cost is rather high, around 0.2$/kwh.

Thanks in advance for your recommendations, I’ll take them all into account.

At that electric rate, I’d recommend either buying the coins or go with hosting.

Do you know any trustable hosting sites?

Where are you located?

I’m currently living in Romania

Hi Floo123
Get yourself couple of Goldshell KD Boxes or a KD2 more info here
https://www.asicminervalue.com/ and here Kadena mining calculator - Blake (2s-Kadena) ⛏️ | minerstat
GPU rigs don’t give you the hashing power where as the little KD Box miners hash@1.6Ths with the price of Kadena moving up it could be worth looking into also long term Kadena is a good project it could be the ETH killer.I have 19 card RTX6700XT only hashing at 900Mhs my little KD Boxes @1.6Ths

I don’t know GPU hosting facilities and don’t know enough about GPU mining but definitely know ASIC hosting facilities.

Don’t mine at home, especially if your cost is $0.20. If you want the aesthetic sure but if you want ROI, ship it to a facility.

I’d definitely go with SinghisKing’s suggestion.

The Kadena miners have been performing pretty well for more than a year now, I’ve been kicking myself for not investing when you could have gotten a KD5 for as little as 7000 USD.

It’s now approximately 50000 USD.

If your investment is 10000 USD you could probably get a bitcoin miner? Or perhaps like SinghisKing suggested a KD Box.

It’s hard for me to not self promote here but, I sell asic miners at: www.miningwarehouse.shop

I can get you a KD Box as well upon request.

If you do end up buying an asic miner from me or whoever, you can DM me and I can share with you some mining facilities I know.

While we do have compass mining which is a good directory for miner facilities, they’re pretty unreliable, they’re only ever really doing business when you’re buying the miners from themselves rather than if you want to send it in. It’s way too saturated and mainstream too.
