Anyone have any tips on getting a refund? I just sent them an email request, but I don’t have much faith in that being processed. Should I just go dispute it with my credit card? Ordered the Voskcoin edition last June.
they tend to be slow with responses. wait at least 2 weeks, then dispute with your credit card if there is no response.
I have not heard back in a year. So keep that in mind.
