I recently got a hold of 2 miners innsoilicon 2T2-30Th. I have connected them and they seem to be working while on the preset configs, but after I enter my pool info the status page is just refreshing and won’t show any info. This happens for both miners. I am using the exact info as in some S9s I have so I don’t know what is the issue. I also updated the firmware but it did not help. Can someone tell me what I can try to fix this. Thank you!! Any help is greatly appreciated.
If their pool allows anonymous accounts, try mining to your wallet address on their pool.
I had problems like this before but it worked out eventually after trying different algorithms
