Interesting to see that they’ve labeled BTC, ETH, and LTC as commodities and labeled everything else (in the top10 and more) a security. This shows that it doesn’t matter what we pawns think about the projects. I somewhat knew that this was coming. Well, good luck to all.

I believe the SEC’s stance on ETH (much less LTC) still remains to be seen. But, yes, they don’t appear to see BTC as security.
