I have sent a extremely detailed report to Aliyun regarding that domain just yesterday, they actually couldnt confirm any abuse as from their reply, but it seems that they have taken action
I can absolutely recommend you reaching out to Law Enforcment regarding that scam, even if it was a low amount, because a abuse complaint from LE will definetly have a way different impact than ours as private people, even with proof.
So if it was you or my complaint, good job because Aliyun is a bulletproof domain provider that pretty much tolerates everything, but if they would have ignored this report i would have also escalated this whole thing to ICANN as it is against ICANN terms by any means.

If you are in the US make sure you submit an IC3 report to the FBI. I did after I was taken for about 2500. What was weird was they did send me about 1000 back after my first contract was complete but the remaining 2500 they kept then blocked my access and stopped responding to my chat messages. Using Grok 4 I had it run some wallet tracing using the transaction ID’s from them sending me the first 1000 and also the deposits I made. The company is located in Hong Kong that registered the domain. Voskcoin.net has now blocked my IP and unless i use a VPN they are not allowing me to access the website at all. I highly doubt I will ever see that money again but I have many tools to to make their existence painful

I may have tracked down more information and have narrowed it down to a place in CA. it looks like Aliyun has shut them down so far.
I highly doubt I will again too, but will hound them. I have narrowed down a name, the city, and previous addresses, but lack enough info right now to make an accusation or out them on the internet.
I feel like a huge dummy. I have like $600-700 in that mining service. But what I will tell you is that this is probably the sharpest and most genuine looking crypto scam ever. I’m a computer scientist and have been in crypto mining for 5 years. I’ve seen many scams, especially cloud mining scams, and most of them have this generic template and ridiculous returns. Anyways, I had been watching voskcoin occasionally in the past few years and knew about him. So here I go just a couple months ago looking around at the latest scam sites, and I find this website called voskcoin.net that posted reviews on them, pointing out all the scam features. Reviews like that and a bunch of other crypto related articles on a blog, and then there was this cloud mining service. At the end of the reviews on scam websites, they would be like “but if you want to make real hands-off passive income, try voskcoin, which is backed by real hardware at the voskcoin mining farm”. I thought it was legit because I knew that there was a real voskcoin mining farm, and I hadn’t checked out the youtube channel in a while, and I thought it would make sense. The big rookie mistake was not searching the youtube channel for an indication of the existence of such a mining service. I was convinced it was not a scam because I knew that voskcoin would never scam people, and also thought that it was actually him behind the website because there was pictures of him and his family, mining hardware in the “farm”, etc. The return rate was a little high bit high but I was blinded by the “it can’t possibly be a scam” idea. The mining has been going perfectly well, with my “test withdrawals” all succeeding. What I’m guessing is that they’re waiting for me to put a lot of money in, because I’ve been depositing about $50 per week in. My hope is that they still think they can juice more money out of me and I can just maybe get away with pulling out my money.
VoskCoin I’d be glad to help in any way I can with taking those people to justice, they’ve not just robbed me of a few hundred dollars, but of my credibility to all the people who’ve I’ve shown the scam website saying it’s incredible and that I will now have to say that it was a scam i fell for

Follow @Scott_Roslund advice. File an IC3 with the FBI, a report with your local police, and file a complaint with domainabuse@service.aliyun.com . This will keep them from reopening the site with that provider hopefully.
We all did our research and all were taken with an extremely well constructed scam. The only things we can do is try to keep other people from making the same mistakes. It is a shame I did not find this chain until after I invested.
Here is a good posting I found on Reddit for all scams

Site is back online, scam continues as usual.
