hey Steve, i’m not sure what to say. i’m deff not a fake account lol. pretty busy trying to get my heat under control… so i cant’ spend much time on convincing anyone of anything. i have 2 more rigs to build yet now that i have more current available. so i’m focused on getting my hashing power up and my heat down. not really looking for drama. i’m in Vancouver BC i guess i could post some picks of me, my rigs, the boxes, some tracking numbers, the 100k in quotes and maybe a photo of me holding a current Vancouver province new paper like some kind of ransom photo. anyways i received my equipment and i’m very thankful. i’d have looked like an idiot to my wife if got screwed. not sure what else to say. i only found this guy from the vosk YouTube channel and took a chance on a guy that others seemed to recommend.

Thankfully, if the dispute reaches a court, most judges will willingly recognize only click-wraps as contracts. When you click on an “I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox, it is seen by the legal authorities as the user’s assent.
Binding agreements where the user engages in affirmative conduct by accepting the terms of an agreement has a lot higher chance of standing up in court than any other.
