considering he hasnt been able to supply miners (at least not most of them) that are available on his website i would say in this case shady.

He has my miners that he took to sell on consignment and now I canāt get him to answer any of my messages. Iāve been trying to reach him for a couple of months now 
. One of the miners I know hasnāt sold yet he has it listed in his site as no stock on the item.

I would just stay away, far far away. Go with a trusted reputable seller even if it means 5-10% more
