Bobcat no longer witnessing, why?

Hi All

Is there a diagnostic I can run to determine why my bobcat has stopped witnessing?
It’s been at 0 witnesses for several days now. The miner is online and synced and shows some activity but until 2 days ago no witnessing. I tried rebooting and no change

When my kerlink quit I just unplugged it for 30sec then plugged it back in. Started witness ing right away.

for me it comes in waves, 2 days and nothing then a flurry for a while then nothing for a few…
