I have purchased a Bitmain KA3 from Casaminers.com last October, but never received it. They are not replying since Feb 23rd. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Maybe it is just out of stock. Sometimes we suppliers dont have many of them.

then be honest with ETA’s if your not you look scummy and scammy. or at minimum communicate with a customer. very bad look if no communication over 1 week. and no excuse over 2 weeks.

yes you are right He has to reply to the customer no matter what, even if it’s out of stock.
