You guys have a civil case each at best, you coordinating something larger together sorta seems wrong. It’s like throwing a tantrum and taking no part for partaking in a risky risky transaction with a stranger online while paying in a decentralized manner. You don’t want the governments involvement until it’s to save your ass. Now is that to say I agree with what was done here? No. Not at all. Do I agree with attempting to ruin someone’s life? No, not at all. I feel you should try to get to the root and find out why and find out how you can help. I think helping someone is more rewarding than what you are currently seeking which is vengeance. Idk just my 2 cents.

You are actually wrong at each of those things. If it was just 1 or 2 people this case would be thrown out the window. It takes all of us together in a group amount to get anything done at best. We are not out to ruin his life, we don’t want anything more other than him to either give our money back or deliver our items in a timely manner without lies are threats when asked. All we want and nothing more is 
of everything we paid him for goods and that’s it. If he stole, gambled or lost our funds then obviously we want to seize property to recoup our cost because it was not our fault that would happen.
Also us wanting to play in a decentralized land and think it’s okay if we lose money because of that is idiotic. We are not betting on a coin or at a casino, we purchased tangible goods with money that we earned to create a business or have a side income or both.
Also the people who say you should never spend want you don’t want to lose, have no since in creating anything of substance when it comes to a business assuming your doing this as a business. When you put up capital to start a business you should never say "I expect to lose this money to a scammer or fraud so I’ll only spend a quarter of it’. You spend money it hopes you give it to the right person who will do right by you as you did right by them to support thier business. It goes both ways, but when that person screws you over then that’s when all hell breaks lose and the fight is on to regain control over what they did wrong or lied about.

Probably doesn’t own anything, i just think your best chance at getting the money back if not the stuff is to take a different approach to befriend him rather than intimidating and so forth. I don’t know I’m not a lawyer or have any experience with this kinda thing but I do have experience with people of all kinds of backgrounds and life* experiences. Im again not supporting someone losing money or whatever hell in my own experience Of getting screwed by someone involving my and their money i took the loss for them not because I was guilty but because i cared that this person trusted my judgement just as I trusted the next man’s judgement. All I know is from my experience that there’s more variables in play than can be isolated, tested and controlled.

I think many people have tried to be friends, still asked for a refund and where told to F-off. After that friendship is scared. Anyone who has unlawful intentions or has ran across a situation that they put themselves in from a careless act will not care about others. The money that person has becomes more important than a stranger never ment.

Oh boy, Gpugildllc, you really need to speak with Steve then see if you feel the same way. Several of us had been kind and understanding with Steve until he became combative, caustic, degrading and mentally unhinged! And all this for simply asking a legitimate question about delivery. Steve blames COVID, Chinese Newyear, and who knows what else, for shipping delays. This just doesn’t fit with what other suppliers of the same equipment are experiencing. I just hope he is stopped before he acquires enough money to find a warm comfortable beach somewhere outside the USA. I doubt anyone wants to put someone behind bars, rather, just have them follow through on a business commitment. BTW, just stating that his posted Terms Of Service says he never gives a refund, will not protect him or any other business.
I do not feel the same way. I’m just sharing my outlook on things, I do not agree with people losing their money one bit. Not even “just the littlest bit of coin” idk I just hope it all gets some sort of happy resolution for all. Not taking sides or backing anyone.
When you are dealing with the amount of money, and the amount of people that are involved in this situation, that is criminal. You want to win the criminal side first. Then, you go civil and it is much easier to win with a better individual judgment and you can then go asset seizure.

I’m not siding with anyone as I see it as a bad situation for everyone involved including the dude on the other side. If he in fact ran off on you all so to speak than clearly there is something deeper going on that said individual is suffering with. I don’t think anyone wakes up and makes a conscious choice to fuck 30+ people for the amounts of $ you guys are speaking about. Does that bring you peace or fairness? No certainly not and I can’t tell you or anyone how to feel. You’re all entitled to feel your feelings. Just hope and wish the best for every single person here and everywhere.
