So my thoughts on this refund thing. Steve said his supplier has sent out 2-3 refunds. So far I have talked to EVERYONE who has received his refund offer and nobody has gotten one yet.
So one thing I am wondering, if the refunds are coming from the supplier and not Steve and ALL the handling is done by the supplier we do have a right by law to know who this supplier is. One way this should be valid is the “agreement” that was put together for the refund process, was it a document created by Steven and not the supplier when it should have been an agreement between the supplier and the customer? So Steve saying this is out of his hands and cannot do anything about it and 'his work is done" is absolutely B.S. since his name was in that agreement and was created by him, that holds him 100% liable for the agreement.
Those of you who have sent him money to get the refund and you do not get the refund I would add a subset of charges to the massive lawsuit that is being built. I know if I paid to have a refund “which I never would”. I would add this to the charges for him to face. I know it’s mean but how he is handling the situation shows he intentionally stolen with intent of theft or he flat out lost our money and is trying to brush it under the rug with no consequences.
Either way the Investigators are doing an amazing job and I feel confident we all will get our money or items or at the least the one who did us wrong, gets done wrong himself.

I have asked him multiple times for details on the refund and haven’t gotten any details as of yet. I am getting frustrated yet again. I just want to “KNOW THE FACTS” as he used to say.

I mean he just reading these messages anyway he got a second account that vosk him self let’s him have which is messed up but hey I’m not one that got scammed from him oh lol and refund what that takes days to do lol no it doesn’t everyone is still getting played by him and he gets to watch the whole way while maybe getting other to while this is going on

The master clown is yet lying again to his victims because suppliers WILL NOT issue a refund if the funds were used to purchase the miner. That’s just how business is operated in Asia. It is quite different than here in the West.
If the refunds are to be given, master clown would either have to ask his suppliers to sell the miners and send him the proceeds or he would have to sell the miners on behalf of his customers and issue them with a full refund. If his suppliers are “legit” they will do their best to accommodate their customers and do their best to sell the miners to others. If not, you know the answer.
This is the reason why we had so many november batch of L7s available when many of them were supposed to be delivered to Russian and Ukrainian customers.
I’m sorry Tommy, don’t believe anything the master clown tells you. Until he is “forced” to give out refunds, he probably won’t do it.
I feel sorry for the 28 that are involved I feel sorry they can’t talk here with out the master reading what they post I’m sorry for them that the state of Georgia and grove town pd are doing nothing and that suck and the few I’ve talked to seem like very nice individuals

Hey Smokey. Thanks for the thoughts but actually the Grovetown PD is doing a good job at performing their investigation and since there is SOO many people who have gotten scammed from Steven it is taking a little bit of time but everyday it builds up a lot. It’s going higher than the PD and touching base on a federal level too because of the amount. Once the bow is tied into a knot and nicely packaged and shows we where the victims of fraud then that’s when the lawsuit happens. Not just me but a good chunk of us are going to seek massive penalties for his actions.
And if he does read the post then so be it? Don’t really care because he already knows what he did is wrong and he screwed up big.

I don’t even know why he created a second account to be honest. If reading was all he was going to do, he could do it as a “guest”. Maybe he has another agenda. who knows?
Oh you guys have a great shot on a lawsuit and yes I see the federal looking at it but would be a separate case state and federal are different but in law once there enough evidence they will lock him up they don’t wait for more evidence they can gain more evidence as case is on going and is in courts hand then if federal wants it they’ll grab it then all they need is one of u with the right evidence is all they really need it’s like a guy robs 28 banks they have evidence of it but there going to wait to gain more on the guy sorry that not how the law works in most states I can only vouch for Long Island because of law enforcement family members and Florida district attorney family members but in end I feel sorry for all of u because it’s going to be a lifetime before this is over and for the master second account is really my problem just to know he in here reading and has the ability to private message people and has chance of scamming more on a forum that’s against scammer

Just sent my information to that lawyer (Robert T. Homlar). I just tried to contact Steven about the refund and he has yet to answer back.

Sure hope Steve likes what he has coming for him. If he thinks he can scam people or lose our money then play emotional mind games with us and tell us we have to pay him to get a refund and still never receive one even though it was a legal signed contract then he deserves everything coming his way. With all of us who ordered dropping every last ounce into the bucket to make him pay with a legal team and federal and state investigations he better quickly make it right!

Just the facts. No I have not. I was told about a refund with no details after that other than his supplier is doing it. I have been in talks with aprx 30 others who have placed orders and not one person in that group has received one.
Drawdy actually said “so u saying making 5buks more a day woulda solved the problem ?” when I said I wanted my refund.
He clearly doesn’t understand ROI when it comes to mining. When purchased my ROI would have been 11 months. Now that’s it’s over months later it just keeps getting farther and farther out

Well…he finally stopped answering my texts…maybe he is on the run or in jail, anyone heard anything? been 15 days since I should have got my refund. He told me that he would pay out of his own pocket if the supplier did’nt pay…I guess that was “another” lie.
