It just sucks. This whole thing is costing me way more than the money I spent with him. We deserve some compensation. Can we sue the other people listed on his LLC registration?
Was he implying that he is going in order of the people contacting him with this matter? If thatās the case, then yes it will take awhile for him to get things tied together and the information all couples together. Thatās the bad thing, is there are SO MANY people who where scammed that this case will take longer than most. As far as sueing the others on the LLC, the attorney told me to wait till the investigation is done before we go that route but he is on standby and does have the Detectives information and ready to go.

Last time he texted me wasnāt even about delays or refunds. It was a ācopy and pasteā of a threat/rant he sent to another one of his victims.

Iām no lawyer, but a quick search on that indicated it would be up to the courts to āPierce the corporate veilā. It seemed like innocent parties on the LLC wouldnāt be liable. I think all those family members on that LLC arenāt innocent. They all know what heās doing especially his father.
Maybe someone here would have better information on this but probably not since no one has most likely gone through this.
I came up with the same theory as you didā¦and if he moved his assets before this all happened (or during), whoever he moved them too would be liable
Yeah an LLC would protect uninvolved people from prosecution. Then focusing on the āpartnerā that was in the wrong. This is why many law firms and Doctors offices use them. So the only one getting sued is the one that caused the issue, not other partners or the general business.

It was hard to read his threats and rants to me via text, I tired to read them to my wife and she thinks he is always drunk, blind and no thumbs while he is trying to tell us he is going to sue us for ādefLamationā
