you are more than welcome to visit our office in New York Physically:
Detail address is as below:
11 Round Lake Road
Ballston Lake, NY 12019

And our business is registered in the united states regulated with US accountant. You are more than welcome to come and investigate.

All of our miners are shipped directly from factory, they will do test run before shipping, if you call that as used, please go blame manufactuer.

I had the same issue, one of my hashrate boards is no good. I tried testing the power cables on each one and had no power issue. I took the hashrate board out and part of it looked burnt like it got too hot. If you have warranty then I’d suggest contacting your supplier or learn about trying to find the issue and potentially fixing it

We just had one of ours X5’s lose a Hashrate board. Anyone know where to buy an X5 hashrate board? Or is anyone willing to sell one of their non-fully operational X5’s?

I guess right now we can just use our non fully operational X5 to fix our other X5’s when they break down…

I just put my first x5 online and plan on running it exclusively in low power mode since it’s nearly profitable right now on that setting. I’m curious to find out if you ever ended up underclocking/undervolting your x5 and what sort of results you found. I have done some limited testing with some of the Goldshell box miners, with regards to undervolting and underclocking and I found the efficiency changes to be pretty minimal. Wondering if the same would be true here.

I just wanted to say thank you for your post. I joined just to follow up on your post. I am running an x5 in low power mode quietly. the intake control board fan has an iminers fan spoofer (just antminer fan spoofer) , the exhaust fan plug is hooked up to 3 noctuas. There are 2 noctua splitters in series , the sense is plugged into 4 prong noctua 5000 rpm NF-A4x20 pwm fan ,the 2 other fans intake exhaust are NF-F12 iPPC 3000 pwm they are hooked up to the 2 three prong connectors, the noctua plug for the exhaust on control board plug has had the yellow and green wires swapped and the center guide slit off with a razor blade. I use server psu currently a 1600w dell , I have used a 1200 w i wouldn’t go below a 1000w I have had issues before from spikes . It runs steady 47-50c at 613 mh in software . Thanks again.
