Hey guys, I am new to ASIC mining. My CK5 miners has been working fine for the last 1 month but now for Miner 1 CPB1 has stopped working(see the photo). For my CK5 miner 2 has only CPB1 working and the rest stopped working. I updated the firmware, still the same issues. PLEASE HELP me as I bought these 2 for $20K.
Get in touch with goldshell and explain your situation to them. Send them all the pictures. They should be able to help you out.
Besides all the pictures / screenshots Goldshell requires all the logs.
Login to the miner’s dashboard like this to access all the debug logs (just use your miner’s ip address instead):
http://192.168.1.91/#/debug
There will be different tabs at the top for each separate log. Please save them all and share with GS support.
