Read this first before considering buying from Casa Miners!

I believe most subscribers here at VoskCoinTalk have seen the type of business @CasaMiners is.

I just hope we have saved potential customers from getting themselves involved with this headache of a company by reading our interchanges with them.

I highly doubt they are even located in Italy, no physical address available at all.

It seems they are purposely trying to stay under the radar so people won’t know who they are buying from, because once shit hits the fan they will have law suits for years. If people knew who to sue, they would have for sure been out of business by now.

Everyone is free to make their own choices who they partner up with as far as sponsors and affiliates, but I personally would never get anywhere near @CasaMiners if I had a huge miner community following

We are not officially partnered with Casa. We worked with them one time, where they sent us one miner, which we explained in that video. Our initial experience with Casa was good.

However, our subscribers take priority, and if Casa cannot rectify their issues with our subscribers and find a fair solution, we will not be working with them again.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. It’s the only way for us to truly evaluate our partners moving forward.

The site says you guys are. Right there says official partner. I’m just reading what’s right in front of me on their website. When people see that on their site and watch your channel they can feel as if that is a very creditable place to buy an ASIC miner from because they see the Voskcoin Stamp, but after my experience and many others that is not the case at all. I watched that video you’re talking about and I know Vosk mentions something about not being affiliated with them but what they put on their site shows something different.

@CasaMiners has Voskcoin listed as an official partner. You guys might want to hit them up and ask to be taken off.

Seeing the voskcoin partnership logo on casa’s website will make many others trust them. Reading your comments @MissVosk just further solidifies the casa miners shady and deceitful business practices.

@CasaMiners this needs to be resolved ASAP. How about this. @Mr_Ohhhh sends back the miners, and you give him back the original capital he spent. I understand, this will result in a monetary loss for your company, but losing everyone’s trust is much, much worse. I also understand you think @Mr_Ohhhh is attempting to scam you out of product, and or money.
@Mr_Ohhhh when did you receive this item? was it new? if so, you should be able to return it within the 6-12 month warranty date, only paying for shipping (I know its not cheap).
@CasaMiners Community trust is worth far more than what mr ohh paid for those miners.

@Budgetminer I tried several times to find a fair solution with them. I told them I was open to hear them out, I wanted them to give me options. But instead they just kept saying I was lying, that my main goal was to destroy their company, and all sorts of crazy tin-foil type of conspiracy theories they conveniently made up.

I would much rather spend my time mining then playing this arm wrestle game with them over this issue.

I will gladly send these miners back if they agree to send me the KA3’s or give me a full refund.

However, it will be very difficult to trust them at this point. Not sure what exactly is the best/safest method to assure I will get what is promised… IF they actually agree to refund/accept returned miners.

As I have said many times before, I am open to suggestions and fair solutions.

Sounds reasonable, @CasaMiners if he sends them back will you give him a full refund?

@Budgetminer I think any common sense and reasonable requests to @CasaMiners will just be ignored.

Take a look at this message I got from them yesterday:

They are blatantly saying that since I shared my negative experience on platforms like this one, they are not willing to work with me to resolve this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We were not aware this was on their site, nor did we agree to be listed as an official partner. The extent of our relationship is that they sent us a miner to review and we credited receiving the miner from them. We had a referral link in the description of the video along with a coupon code I believe (?), but have never received any payments from them. We will be asking them to remove this on their site, as we never gave permission to be listed as a partner; we take those very seriously.

Good stuff. Let’s MAKE MINING GREAT AGAIN by draining out the Frauds lol

@CasaMiners‘s return/refund policy is the following:

Be prepared to be ghosted if you’re unhappy. If not ghosted, you will be gaslighted. If neither work, they will send a $200 free miner so you can STFU and be grateful for.

Miss Vosk for the win!! Way to stand up for your community.

I just messaged Casa Miners on your behalf asking them simply – why not accept the L7 and D9 back and then refund your KA3 x2 order?

My thought process is pretty simple…

Vendor

Customer (subscriber/ from our community)

VoskCoin

Customer has issue, contacts vendor, vendor doesn’t resolve, share with community for their input, community clearly backs unhappy customer… vendor still doesn’t resolve, I get up to speed on the situation and try to help both parties reach a resolution.

At the end of the day I want good vendors for our incredible community, sometimes there’s a crappy customer, sometimes there’s a crappy vendor, just gotta work through it the best we can.

Unfortunately due to VoskCoins status, we sometimes receive preferential treatment, if they know who we are we often have a good experience… which is why I’ve started doing smurf orders with companies to get a more genuine experience, but this isn’t always possible.

But just as a reminder VoskCoin is nothing without our incredible community, I don’t and won’t forget that. Here to help in this situation the best I can, and any others that should arise in the future.
