Just go to the apy.center site, it will tell you your unlock date. See the hightlighted in mine as an example.

Mine was a blank screen. Checked again and now its up again. As others have stated its probably just overloaded/overworked.

Oh wow, I wiped my cache and reconnected my metamask wallet on Brave and the white screen is gone and my funds are still there. Sweet!

Not that I know of. It is a FIFO queue setup from what I can see.
