For all that it may concern

Law will do that if there a lot of evidence I would not bother with that u have enough on your plate with just state side stuff

Iā€™ll PM you on a lawyer that is up to speed on the situation and on standby. If you wish to use a different lawyer that is okay.

As far as filing a report with the FBI you can go to IC3.gov and file a internet crimes report that will take about 5-7 minutes online. Itā€™s very simple. Youā€™ll get a case number and with that case number you can attach it with your other case numbers and overall case number once all evidence is compiled into one case for a hearing, ā€œif it comes to that.ā€

Make sure you have all information and conversations, text, emails, ect saved AND backed up as well as printed. Just in case they are needed.

Like I said @Carl_Canady kniw a lot more

As far as any fine line or small print with ordering from Steven, I have went down many avenues on how the items where purchased and there was not 1 point where a terms of service was presented to the people who ordered before his website was up and taking orders.

Most people accepted an invoice from square, then money was sent via crypto. He does hide behind his terms and conditions but he throws them out there to get the weak to back down or be intimidated. So many people have been scared of Steven and that is the WRONG thing to do in this situation.

He also threatens people that the laws in the state of Georgia are different than the FEDERAL law in refunds. Donā€™t believe that either, in a situation with commerce and retail there is no time when the rules and regulations of a state supersede the Federal regulations.

My fear is nothing happens and it sets a very bad precedent for future scammers. I would expect someone in a foreign country could pull this and possibly walk but I pray not in the US. If nothing is done it will show other thieves they are safe to rob people. And I definitely wouldnā€™t purchase anything from anyone other than a eBay or Amazon type business that will protect me or straight from the manufacturer.

@Brianf329 be careful with ebay, there are scams on ebay too.

My partner got scam on ebay buying GPUā€¦received a box of russian books

Iā€™ve got scammed on eBay also filed a police report like eBay wanted then eBay refunded me immediately after sending them the report. The biggest problem buying mining equipment on eBay I feel you pay a premium. That being said I hope the people involved in this get their money and something is done to the man that appears to have scammed them or itā€™s going to set a bad precedents. Whatā€™s next someone takes 50 million from innocent people whatā€™s to stop them if nothings done here?

Iā€™ve been scammed on eBay and not a fan of eBay because of high prices and fees. But Iā€™ve always got my money back when scammed on eBay in a timely manner. Iā€™ve never bought mining equipment on eBay but Iā€™m watching whatā€™s going on closely and hope Georgia does right because if they donā€™t whatā€™s to stop him from continuing his dirty business or others to start.

Woke up to this

Sue for damages or file criminally, he basically stole everyoneā€™s money and hopes he can use it as an interest free loan.

I was surprised to see the same email this morning. I never ordered anything from him, almost did though. After seeing a lot of the comments and hearing what some went through, I will not be ordering from him. I made sure to click the unsubscribe button in the email.

The refunds are a lie as well. He claims an amount needs to be paid to get the refund. No one has seen one yet.

Thats screams scam. An advance fee scam works the same way, youā€™re ā€œeligibleā€ to receive a sum of money, but there is a small fee that needs to be paid first before it can be given to you. If thatā€™s the case, everyone involved needs to gather all related evidence and bring it to the local police station and file criminal charges. Let the police sort it out from there, no need to get the civil lawyers involved just yet.

We have to file locally, then forward the info to the local pd in Grovetown. Not a terribly speedy process.
Oh and I donā€™t think I am ā€œeligibleā€, due to the text where he texted me to ā€œfuck offā€ in an unintelligable rant. I asked if he was having a stroke.

Heā€™s a duma, he doesnā€™t get it still, he isnā€™t wanted here anymore and never will be again. Heā€™s done fentito, asta lavista babyā€¦ So heā€™s sending out emails and BS to guys, what a wankerā€¦ This isnā€™t how you run a legit business or ā€œhelpā€ a community of miners its how you make your self look stupid!
